ၿမန္မာၿပည္ ဒီမုိကေရစီေရးအတြက္ ႏုိင္ငံတကာ၏ ေထာက္ပံ့မႈမ်ား ဘယ္မွာသုံးစြဲခဲ့သလဲ ဆုိတာ သုေတသနၿပဳကာ ထည့္သြင္းေဆြးေႏြးထားတဲ့ သုံးသပ္ခ်က္ စာတမ္း တခုထဲက ပုံပါ။ သက္ဆုိင္ရာႏုိင္ငံမ်ားမွ သူတုိ႔ရဲ႕ ေထာက္ပံ့မႈေတြရဲ႕ ရလာဒ္ေတြ ကုိ ၿပန္လည္ေလ့လာဆန္းစစ္ၿပီး၊ ၿပင္ဆင္မႈမ်ားၿပဳလုပ္ႏုိင္ရန္ အၾကံၿပဳတင္ၿပထားတဲ့ စာတမ္းဆုိလည္း မ မွားပါဘူး။
